My name is Brittney. I'm a native Washingtonian, and a graduate of The Bennette Career Institute, where I received my certification as a Professional Makeup Artist. It makes me very happy to be able to offer my services to all who live or visit the DMV area. I provide in-house or at location makeup and spa facial services for a multitude of occasions.
